Fiston, at a staggering 145 bpm, is a soca-influenced workout, featuring Congolese guitarist Fiston Lusambo (bandleader of London’s much-loved Zong Zing All Stars) and the ever-creative, versatile dancehall MC Serocee, who has recently appeared with Toddla T, South Rakkas Crew and The Heatwave, as well as releasing tunes with MJ Cole and a host of other bass music luminaries. Featuring intricate inter-locking Congolese guitar alongside Serocee’s partystarting vocals, insistent soca snares and a little hint of dubstep wobble, it will make you feel GOOD.
